The Irish Research Council has opened the 2017 call for the Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship scheme.
This scheme offers scholarships for suitably qualified individuals to pursue a research master's or PhD (either traditional or structured), in any discipline, ateligible higher education institutions in Ireland. In addition, a number of targeted scholarships are offered in collaboration with our strategic funding partners.
Potential applicants should read the 2017 Terms and Conditions below and carefully ascertain whether or not they are eligible to apply to the scheme.
Indicative Word versions of the applicant, primary supervisor and referee forms are also provided below. Please note that these are for information purposes only. All applicants must create and complete their submission through theonline system.
